Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. What Ringit does
Ringit provides a QR sticker for your vehicle. When the sticker is scanned, it lets the person place a free, masked phone call to you so they can reach you about your vehicle, without seeing your phone number. These Terms govern your purchase and use of the sticker and the service.
2. Buying a sticker
Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment gateway partner. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, after which we prepare and dispatch your sticker.
3. Activating your sticker
To connect calls, your sticker must be linked to a phone number you control. You are responsible for keeping that number current. The masked call connects the caller to the number on file; if that number is wrong or unreachable, the call cannot complete.
4. Acceptable use
The service is intended to help people reach a vehicle owner. You agree not to use it to harass, threaten, defraud or spam anyone, not to use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to identify, capture or misuse the phone number of anyone who calls you. We may suspend or deactivate a sticker that is used in breach of these Terms.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Call connectivity depends on mobile networks and our telecom partner, which are outside our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service to maintain or improve it.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a call that fails to connect, a missed call, or the conduct of any caller or third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the sticker.
7. Intellectual property
The Ringit name, logo, sticker design, website and software are owned by Ringit and protected by applicable laws. Buying a sticker gives you the right to use it for its intended purpose; it does not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
