When you buy a sticker, we collect the details needed to fulfil and support your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and order information. Payment is handled by our payment gateway partner — we do not store your full card or banking details.

When your sticker is scanned to place a call, our telecom partner connects the call through a masked relay. The phone numbers on both ends are used only to bridge that call and are not revealed to the other party.

We also collect basic technical information (such as device and log data) when you use our website, to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to connect masked calls when your sticker is scanned, to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. What we never do

We never display your phone number on the sticker or reveal it to the person who scans it. We never sell your personal information. We do not show advertising based on your data, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data sharing

We share information only with the partners who help us run the service — our telecom partner (to connect masked calls), our payment gateway partner (to process payments), and logistics providers (to deliver your sticker). Each receives only what they need to perform their role.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and our service.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your sticker is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to deactivate your sticker. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the website.
